In this call, applications can be made for 2 different types of Erasmus+ for Traineeships mobility stays:
Applicants must be UdG students when they apply to participate, during the traineeship and when the traineeship ends. The traineeships, which may be embedded in the curriculum and credit-bearing (recognized for academic credit) or extracurricular (voluntary and non-credit-bearing).
To apply, students must have already located a company or institution prepared to host them for the traineeship. Therefore, applications must be accompanied by one of these two documents:

Since the 2014-15 call for applications, the Erasmus+ programme also allows recent graduates to complete mobility traineeships.
During their last year of studies at the UdG, students can apply for an Erasmus+ for Traineeships mobility. They must, however, complete the traineeship within a year of graduation, between 1st June 2023 and 30th September 2024. These traineeships will be voluntary, without academic credit.
To apply to participate in the programme for a recent graduate traineeship, students do not need to have located a company or institution prepared to host them for the traineeship when the application is submitted.
For this reason, applications must be accompanied by one of these three documents:
If the required document is not submitted with the application, students will be notified that they have 10 days to do so before their application is rejected.
A resolution will be issued to accept or reject the application within two months of receiving it. Christmas, Easter and August holidays closing days are not included in the two-month period before the resolution is issued.
Each faculty or school will be responsible for validating the applications of their students and of the host companies or institutions, taking into account the criteria used to accept participants as established in the following section. It will also be responsible for signing the Learning Agreement for Traineeships before the mobility traineeship begins, for supervising the traineeship and, if applicable, for granting academic credit in recognition of its completion.
Once the UdG International Office (Oficina Internacional, OI) has received a candidate’s application, it will request the dean of the faculty or the director of the school to issue a report in favour of or against it, applying the criteria specified below:
a) Academic transcript or record.
b) Student motivation.
c) Proficiency in the language used during the traineeship or compliance with the requirements of the new mobility programme regulations (Approval of changes in the Regulations regarding student participation in international mobility programmes in bachelor’s and master’s degree studies of the University of Girona published in eBOU-819, the Official Gazette of the UdG).
