International Day of Women and Girls in Science at IQCC 2026 10 de febrer 2026 Recerca i transferència Societat UdGent
This coming Wednesday (11th of February) is the International day of Women and Girls in Science. The IQCC has currently a rather favourable balance in gender ratio of staff members, both at the Master level (43%), PhD level (55%), postdocs (24%) and permanent researchers staff (28%).In order to celebrate this day of the 11th of February, Dr. Sílvia Simon will participate in a round table at Ràdio Girona FM, and Prof. Sílvia Osuna will do a talk at INS Llança. Furthermore, 9 of our IQCC women (Dr. Anna Pla-Quintana, Dr. Sílvia Simon, Prof. Sílvia Osuna, Prof. Anna Roglans, Dr. Cristina Duran, MSc. Helena Giramé, MSc. Anju Manickoth, MSc. Judit Gálvez and MSc.
