History of Legal Science

The History of Legal Science Research Group is made up of researchers from several countries (Spain, Colombia, Italy, Hungary, China and Chile) that are part of the Chair of Legal Culture.This group promotes research and teaching projects in the areas of the Legal Culture, the Political and Legal Cultures and the Law and Literature movement. 

The group pursues a specific line of specific research in the Doctoral Programme in Law at the University of Girona; promotes international postgraduate programmes closely linked to China and Latin America; promotes publications (collective books and, in particular the journal Ius Fugit.Revista de Cultura Jurídica.Derecho y Literatura), and organises congresses and conferences about this set of topics
