Students will have to deal with issues of professional ethics, familiarise themselves with the functioning and problems of institutions related to the exercise of the professions of criminal defence lawyer and prosecutor, learn about the activities of other legal professionals, and receive up-to-date information on career development and possible career paths, as well as on the tools available for career management. They will also develop the range of skills and abilities required for the practice of law.
Consists of preparing (a)written forensic documents or (b) a written report on a case or practical legal issue, which may either be taken from real life or designed ad hoc in such a way as to raise fundamental questions and problems relating to legal advice or litigation, and will also include their oral defence before a court.
