Qualificació
There will be a content-based exam (worth 50% of the final mark) designed to evaluate the students knowledge of the social history covered in the course.
Students will work in groups on a final project (25%) /presentation (25%) dealing with contemporary theoretical issues and their practical implications.
Criteris específics de la nota «No Presentat»:
Students who do not complete all evaluated elements will be considered 'no presentat'.
Avaluació única:
Students opting for this evaluation system will take a final content-based written exam (50%) and present an individual project linking contemporary theoretical issues and practice (50%). Students are required to pass both elements with a mark of at least 5 out of 10.
Requisits mínims per aprovar:
Per considerar superada l’assignatura, caldrà obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5.0
Els estudiants han d'aprovar l'AVC1 amb una nota mínima de 5.
Els estudiants han d'apovar l'AVC3 amb una nota mínima de 4.

Scenario I. In person: the tutorials will be carried out in person in enabled classrooms. Communication and interaction with the students will be in person, and the Moodle fórum and email will be used in addition.
Scenario IV. Confinement: Tutorials will be virtually conducted. Communication and interaction with the students will take place virtually, through the forum of Moodle, video-conferencing means and email.

In scenario 4 the evaluation system covers exactly the same content and skills areas but has been modified and follows an integrated skills methodology:
Project (speaking and listening) 50%
Project groups present a project dossier and deliver an oral presentation of their work. Participants are interviewed as a group and individually. A listening task is integrated into this project defence.
Content based exam 50%
Students need to identify and extract appropriate information from academic texts
They need to answer short questions in connected discourse.
They need to write an essay related to the theme.
Students must pass AVC1 with at least a 5.
The evaluation system for 100% and 'avaluació única' may take place online but are otherwise unchanged.
