Descripció:
- L’economia actual és un sistema complex, mundialment interconnectat a partir de sistemes financers interconnectats, xarxes comercials i dinàmiques de mercat que creen la situació present. S’explorarà la interacció entre països, empreses i individus en la formació dels sistemes econòmics, des d'indicadors macroeconòmics com el PIB i la inflació fins a l’anàlisis de polítiques comercials internacionals. Els estudiants tindran coneixement de la realitat i complexitat de l’economia global. Igualment, s’introduirà en la relació dels els avenços tecnològics i les tensions geopolítiques en els mercats mundials per tal de tenir una visió de les perspetives de futur amb esperit crític.

Qualificació
Continuous evaluation: one multiple choice test at the end of very 3 units. Each test will have a weight of 15% in the final grade.
Activity global week: 5%
Final exam: 50%
The retake exam allows students to compensate for all grades below 5. However, any assessment not attempted will be graded as 0 and cannot be compensated through the retake.
For example, if a student has failed one test and the final exam (i.e., received grades below 5), the retake exam will account for 65% of the final grade: 50% corresponding to the final exam and 15% to the failed test.
The final grade after the retake will be the weighted average of the retake grade (which covers the failed components) and the grades obtained in the passed assessments.
Criteris específics de la nota «No Presentat»:
The student will have "No presentat" if he/she does neither attend the final or the retake exam.

A weighted average of 5 or above is required to pass the course.
