Activity with international skills recognition (RECI)
Description:
The training is designed for both professionals and novices in the facilitation of dialogue with the goal of acquiring and fine tuning key skills to facilitate and promote constructive and respectful work and authentic involvement in online and on-site contexts. The education allows participants to become effective online facilitators who provoke awareness, understanding and effective intercultural communication to be multipartial and neutral leaders of processes that entail learning in a safe space and a constructive environment. Facilitators are trained to apply a diverse set of participation tools to foster sensitisation and learning and approach it through different group dynamics.
