Who approves the call and the calendar?

The Governing Council approves the call and the calendar. 

Who is the organising body?

The person holding the post of general secretary, by agreement of the Governing Council, will convene the elections at least one month in advance.

Who publishes the call along with the calendar?

The person who holds the post of general secretary.

Where is the call published with the electoral calendar?

At the university's e-office.

The censuses will be published on the university e-office and in La Meva.  Access to the census

APPEALS IN THE PROVISIONAL CENSUS

If I am part of two sectors, what should I do?

In the publication of the definitive census, the elector will appear in the sector that is the oldest, if they wish to be part of the other, a claim must be submitted to the provisional census between 31 October and 5 November. 

What type of claim is used in the census?

Claims for the provisional census must be formalised with the standard form available in the e-office election space.

To the Office of the General Secretary of the University of Girona

What is the deadline for submitting claims for the census?

Claims relating to the provisional census must be submitted between 31 October and the 5 November

RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS AND PUBLICATION OF THE DEFINITIVE ELECTORAL ROLL

Who resolves claims for the provisional census?

On 6 November, the Electoral Commission will resolve the appeals submitted in the provisional census and publish the final electoral roll.

The secretary of the Electoral Commission.

Can someone vote who does not appear in the final electoral roll?

No, only those who appear on the final list may cast a vote in the sector in which they have been assigned
