I am a lecturer in Mathematics Education at the University of Girona. My research has focused on the teaching and learning of mathematics in secondary education, particularly on the design, implementation and analysis of Study and Research Paths (SRP) from the perspective of the Anthropological Theory of the Didactic. I have participated in several research projects focused on pedagogical paradigm shifts, mathematical modelling, and interdisciplinarity in education, with results published in international conferences and journals. I currently focus my activity on research and teaching in teacher education, after a long career as a secondary mathematics teacher.
