Lluís Fàbrega is an associate professor in computer science at the University of Girona (UdG). He received the degree in telecommunications engineering (1995) and the master’s degree in mobile communications (1996) from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the UdG (2008). His research interests include the design of network management mechanisms such as routing, traffic engineering, and Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms, for the Internet, connection-oriented network technologies, and virtualization-based networks.
