I joined the University of Girona in 1996 as an assistant professor. From 1996 to 2001 I made different postdoctoral stays in the Joseph Fourier University of Grenoble, and in 2001 I obtained a position as Senior Lecturer. In 2005, our current research group was constituted. From February to July 2016, I made a stay at the ICMAB (CSIC) in the group of Prof. Teixidor (thanks to a sabbatical semester granted). In March 2018 I obtained the qualification of Professor by ANECA. The research lines of the group are related to i) Sustainable catalysis mediated by coordination compounds and ii) Heterogeneization and reuse of the catalysts.
I have participated in 24 funded R+D projects from public calls, in 7 of which I have been the principal investigator: MINECO (5); UdG (2).
I also was the leader researcher of an R+D Contract with the UAB (2005-06).
