The legal framework applicable to the different types or employment contracts will be established by the LOSU, the LCTI and Royal Decree 103/2019, of 1 March, approving the statute for predoctoral research staff in training and in its regulations on development and, in addition, the consolidated text of the Act on the Workers’ Statute, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, and in its regulations on development, as well as the deriving content of applicable agreements and, where applicable, in the consolidated text of the Act on the Basic Public Employment Statute.
