Biography

She holds a degree in Sciences and a PhD in Mathematics from the UAB and teaches at the Polytechnic School, where she teaches mathematics courses in engineering and science studies.

As a researcher at the Department of Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, her research activity focuses on the study and application of analytical and numerical methods of dynamic systems in Celestial Mechanics and astrodynamics. In recent years, she has expanded her interests towards other applications, such as the modelling of pollutant philtres and the use of neural network techniques to astrodynamic problems, integrating mathematical and computational knowledge to address complex challenges in physics and engineering.

She stands out for her commitment to quality education, close and centred on students. She has been an active member of teaching innovation groups. 

In academic management, she has been vice-rector of Teaching and Academic Planning, director of the Department of Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, and school secretary at the Polytechnic School.
