Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.
Geared towards study and research in the Faculties of Nursing and Medicine and in the departments and institutes of the campus.
It has a total area of 812 m2 distributed over two floors.On the ground floor, there is the information and loans desk, the reprography service, a spacious reading area, a multi-purpose room and the historical and reserve archive.It combines areas of collaborative work with spaces for individual study and specialised resources for research and investigation. It has capacity for over 200 users, with 15 seats in the open area and 25 study areas in the multi-purpose room, on the ground floor, 149 individual study areas and 4 group work rooms.
Its archive brings together 14,000 documents, including the historical and reserve archive that contains the personal libraries of Sanchez Babot, Peya Fusellas, COMG, among others, as well as the archive of the Chair of Health Promotion.
