The Technical Assistance and Maintenance Service is responsible for urban planning, architecture, engineering and general services in the University’s Campuses and buildings. Its duties are to carry out maintenance work on the buildings, guarantee the electricity supplies, see to the smooth running of the facilities and manage and direct the cleaning, gardening and surveillance services. Another of the Technical Office Assistance and Maintenance Service's duties is to manage and carry out the investments in building work, reforms and improvements to keep the university’s spaces in suitable operational conditions, maintain their good state, suitable conditions of use and safety and manage energy consumption under sustainable criteria.
