The Bureau of Projects and Strategic Development is responsible for technically implementing the policies of the Government Team and institutional and strategic projects. Programming and executing working conditions and relations, in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the University’s governing bodies, with the aim of developing resources that facilitate decision-making.

It is made up of two main functional areas: the functional area of strategic development projects and the functional area of strategic and institutional projects that are more geared towards the internationalisation and global projection of the University.

We are a service that has a functional unit of economic and administrative management that provides cross-cutting support in all ordinary tasks in this area of work, both in the Bureau and in the vice-rector’s office and in the manager’s office.
