Article 13.- Competències de la Comissió Electoral 1. Correspon a la Comissió Electoral l’organització, el control, la proclamació dels resultats i la resolució de les impugnacions dels processos electorals. 2. La Comissió Electoral interpretarà aquest Reglament, completarà les llacunes i resoldrà les incidències que es derivin de la seva aplicació. 3. En els casos en què s’obrin simultàniament diversos processos electorals la Comissió Electoral podrà establir un calendari electoral únic. 4.
