During the first quadrimester of 2025, you can get a travel pass that will be valid until 30 April and, in that way, continue benefiting from free RENFE travel to any station in your local Rodalies (commuter service) area.

Do not forget that until you have received the refund for the deposit, you should keep the discount (QR for digital purchases or TSC for physical purchases) and the ticket or purchase receipt.These documents may be needed for the refund procedure or to resolve any incident that might arise in the process.
If you pay with bank card you will not have to anything: the deposit will be returned automatically, providing you have made at least 16 journeys and your discount is not on the list of infringements compiled through anti-fraud measures.
If, after a reasonable period of time, you have not received the refund for your deposit, you will need to go to a customer service point and fill in the refund form so that your case can be reviewed.
If you pay the deposit in cash, you can request the refund at any point of sale.You will need to show the discount, your ID card and the purchase receipt.If the refund cannot be issued on the spot for some reason, you will need to fill in the refund form with all your information.Our after-sales staff will review the case and get back to you indicating if you are entitled to the refund of the deposit or not.
During the free travel period for frequent travellers, the sale of all other usual discounted tickets will be suspended, although tickets purchased before this period will retain their original validity, meaning they can still be used.
Valid for 30 days, from the day of purchase (n) plus 29 days (n+29), for unlimited journeys on the route and periods permitted during the 30 days.Personal and untransferable subscription.
