AIMS OF THE SUBJECT

The purpose of this course is to enable students to enhance their knowledge about and to develop an understanding of the most important concepts, theories and methods within the project management discipline, so that they are able to analyse projects and project processes, and as a result, are able to make valuable contributions to management and leadership. The students develop a generic competence in project management based on classic methods, newest theories, as well as cases and examples drawn from a wide variety of project types and project environments.
