Call 2023-24

Erasmus+ for Traineeships for Bachelor and Master students

Call for the participation in the Mobility Programme Erasmus+ for Traineeships for Bachelor and Master students 2023-2024 (SMP)

Information

Application deadline

Applications will be accepted from the day the call is published UNTIL THE 31th OF MAY 2024, or until all the places have been filled or funds are no longer available.

Please note that applications must be submitted at least 15 days before the internship starting date.

Duration of the call for applications

The 2023-2024 traineeships can be carried out from 1st June 2023 until 30th September 2024. Recent graduates can complete the traineeships during the year after having completed their degrees, but all traineeships in this call must be completed by 30th September 2024.

Duration of the mobility period

The traineeship – for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months – can be carried out until 30th September 2024.

Students may complete different Erasmus+ mobility periods in the same level of studies, independently of the type of activity (studies or training), provided that the combined duration does not exceed the 12-month limit.

If, in the same level of studies, the student has had prior mobility experience in the Erasmus+ programmes (studies or training), the number of months spent in that experience will be subtracted from the 12-month total.

Recent graduates who wish to complete a traineeship must apply for a mobility placement during their last year of study, while they are still students of the UdG, even though the traineeship will be completed during the year following their graduation. In these cases, the duration of the traineeship will be subtracted from the 12-month limit from the level of studies when the mobility application has been made.

Requirements of the students

This mobility programme is available to students who:

a) are citizens of a country participating in the Erasmus+ Programme (see the table of countries below) or of third countries. c) meet the requirements established in the UdG’s Mobility Programme Regulations, such as having at least a B2.1 level in a third language (English, French, German or Italian) when submitting the application. The regulations are available (in Catalan) in the following document: Approval of the modifications made in the regulations governing student participation in international bachelor’s and master’s mobility programmes of the University of Girona , published in eBOU-819, the electronic version of the Official Gazette of the University of Girona (only available in Catalan).

d) Wish to participate as recent graduates of the UdG, will graduate at the latest on 2024, and will keep in mind that they must complete at least two months of the traineeship ending by 30th September 2024.
