Descripció:
- Es donaran nocions d'anatomia i biomecànica de l'aparell toràcocopulmonar així com la fisiologia i fisiopatologia de les malalties cardíaques i respiratòries. Alhora es donaran a coneixer les propietats físiques de l'aparell locomotor, els mecanismes de defensa de la via aèria i s'obtindrà el coneixement de les principals malalties respiratories (obstructives i restrictives)així com les principals malalties cardíaques i la seva afectació a nivell fisioterapeutic.
S'aprendran les principals exploracions respiratòries i es donaran les bases de les tècniques de fisioterapia respiratoria tant a nivell ventilatori con a nivell de drenatge de secrecions. És també objectiu de l'assignatura aprendre els principals mètodes de rehabilitació cardio-pulmonar.

- Dissenyar el pla d'intervenció en fisioteràpia, atenent a criteris d'adequació, validesa i eficiència.
- Executar, dirigir i coordinar el pla d'intervenció de Fisioteràpia, utilitzant les eines terapèutiques pròpies i atenent a la individualitat de l'usuari.
- Avaluar l'evolució dels resultats obtinguts amb el tractament en relació amb els objectius marcats.
- Proporcionar una atenció de fisioteràpia eficaç, atorgant una assistència integral als pacients.
- Saber treballar en equips professionals com a unitat bàsica en què s'estructuren de forma uni o multidisciplinària i interdisciplinària els professionals i altre personal de les organitzacions assistencials.

Qualificació
There will be a theoretical exam and a practical exam. There will also be a continuous assessment exam in the middle of the course.
It is essential to pass the theoretical final exam and the practical final exam with a minimum grade of 5 in order to be able to average. 55% of the final grade will be from the theoretical exam. 35% of the final grade will be from the practical exam. 10% of the final grade will be from the continuous assessment exam. The final exams can be taken both theoretically and practically even if the continuous assessment exam has not been passed.
Those who do not pass the theoretical or practical assessment exam will have the opportunity to take the basic competences exam (BCE) in order to pass. The subject will be passed with a minimum overall grade point average of 5
Criteris específics de la nota «No Presentat»:
A student who is not presented will be considered a student who does not appear in the continuous assessment or in the final assessment.
Avaluació única:
The evaluation system of the EUSES - center attached to the UdG is, in general, the continuous evaluation. If the student wishes to take the single assessment, he / she must communicate this in writing to the teacher responsible for the subject and to the degree coordinator during the first two weeks of the semester.
Requisits mínims per aprovar:
To be considered to have passed the subject, a minimum grade of 5.0 must be obtained.
Tutoria
The tutorials will be carried out in person in the enabled classrooms and also in a virtual way.
Comunicacio i interacció amb l'estudiantat
Communication and interaction with students will be done in person and virtually and will use the moodle news and announcements forum, video conferencing and email.
Observacions
It is mandatory to attend the practical classes with the appropriate clothing (uniform and size for the bunk bed). It will also not be allowed to practice with rings, watches, bracelets, earrings or any element that may be detrimental to the comfort and safety of students during the execution of the various physiotherapy maneuvers.
It is essential to take care of body hygiene. The student must attend the practice with his hair gathered, his nails short and unpainted.
Learning outcomes:
- Knowing the physiological and structural changes occuring as a result of the application of respiratory physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
- Assessing the cardiac pulmonary patient based on auscultation and complementary tests.
- Applying the physiotherapeutic techniques of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation depending on the patient.
- Retraining the chronic cardiopulmonary patient in exercise.
