Lecturer in GeographyMember of the Environmental and Territorial Analysis and Planning Research Group (http://www.udg.edu/apta) He graduated in Geography in 1995 and was awarded a Doctorate by the University of Girona in 2005. He has worked as a full-time associate lecturer since 1999 and has taught subjects including Statistics, Techniques in Geography (Cartography), GIS, Geography of the Population or Territorial Economy. He has focused his research on urban and regional development and the High-Speed Train, spending research periods in European universities (Venice, Turin, Novara, Amsterdam and Lille). He has directed several projects concerning the effects of the HST and has collaborated in the production of the atlases of the counties of Girona as part of the County Atlases of Catalonia collection.
