Teacher at EUHT Sant Pol, Degree in Hotel and Gastronomic Business Management. I teach classes in the subjects of Fundamentals of Economics and Business, as well as Hotel Distribution Systems. I have been part of the TFM jury team and have managed the Induction module of the Master's in Hospitality Management.
My training began with a Diploma in Tourism from the University of Girona (UdG) and has been expanded with various courses and postgraduate studies in Congress Organization, Protocol, and Business Tourism (MICE) at EAE Business School, Ostelea, and the University of Lleida. I have also received training in managing marketing strategies and digital resources, customer service, conflict resolution, Big Data, and AI applied to the tourism sector.
With over 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, I have worked in both travel agencies and hotels, developing tasks in sales departments (reservations, conventions, revenue management, commercial) and in operations (head of reception - deputy director). Currently, I lead the congress department at CIMNE (CERCA Center of the Generalitat), organizing scientific congresses in the European field and managing a multidisciplinary team of 8 people.
