Alexandra Bos-Solé is an associate lecturer in Language Education at the Department of Specific Didactics (Faculty of Education & Psychology). She holds an MA in Teacher Training for Compulsory and Upper Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching (UdG), and an MA in European Studies (Université Libre de Bruxelles). With an academic background as a Translator and Interpreter (UPF & Copenhagen Business School), she has also served as a research officer in a variety of international Higher Education projects focusing on Multilingualism and Education. She has taught English and French as a foreign language for about 5 years in Catalonia. She currently teaches courses in methodology of language teaching and theoretical aspects in learning a foreign language. Her research interests focus on language teaching as well as English as a foreign language and L2 motivation.
