Doctorate program
Doctoral programmes
are organized sets of training and research activities leading to
doctoral degrees.
The objective of the
training stage
is to provide doctoral students with the basic knowledge required to initiate research activity along one or more of the programme’s lines of research. It consists of
organized courses offered within the master’s programmes
– research master’s and the research tracks of mixed-mode (professional/research) master’s – complemented by other activities coordinated from the doctoral programme itself.
The objective of the
research stage
is to develop and subsequently defend the
doctoral thesis,
which consists of original research work integrated into any of the programme’s lines of research.
