InnoLeap Call for Solution (CFS) with innovation procurement, organized by Government Technology Agency (GovTech) seeks innovative solutions for Singapore public sector agencies, to transform public service delivery for the benefit of Singapore and Singaporeans in a Smart Nation. It offers applicantsan opportunity to ideate and co-create innovative digital solutions to addressthe needs of the government agencies.
Problem Statement (1): How to detect aberrant behavior for Health Sciences Authority to investigate and enhance unstructured inventory returns from distributors/pharmacies and clinics?
Non-Singapore based companyies cannot apply directly, however they may work with a Singapore based company as a partner.
Tender:
- Requirements:
- Interface should be accessible and usable by manufacturers and distributors;
- Extract relevant data with high accuracy; analyze, detect, predict and generate alert on anomaly:
- Automated entry and integration of inputs from data acquisition system to Agency's internal system and relevant data analytic engine(s);
- System should have flexibility to support additional data:
- All intra-system and inter-system interface shall be based on open standards
- Desired outcomes
- Enhanced the efficiency of data acquisition from supply chain;
- Enhance data analysis, detection and response of operation team through data analytics (including AI and predictive), visualization and reporting of relevant data and insighs
