Valorar l'estat funcional del pacient, considerant els aspectes físics, psicològics i socials. Dissenyar el pla d'intervenció en fisioteràpia, atenent a criteris d'adequació, validesa i eficiència. Executar, dirigir i coordinar el pla d'intervenció de Fisioteràpia, utilitzant les eines terapèutiques pròpies i atenent a la individualitat de l'usuari. Avaluar l'evolució dels resultats obtinguts amb el tractament en relació amb els objectius marcats. Proporcionar una atenció de fisioteràpia eficaç, atorgant una assistència integral als pacients. Saber treballar en equips professionals com a unitat bàsica en què s'estructuren de forma uni o multidisciplinària i interdisciplinària els professionals i altre personal de les organitzacions assistencials.

Activitats d'avaluació: Descripció de l'activitat Avaluació de l'activitat % This subject is developed through theoretical classes and practical workshops during the sessions supported by homework activities. Learning is regarded as a process of interaction between teacher and students, and different pedagogical resources would reflect this: - Theoretical classes where teacher explain the necessary procedures and criteria, using audio-visual material to establish the conditions of how and when to apply the neurological physiotherapy procedures. - Workshops where students will have the opportunity to practice specific procedures for neurology patients and different neurorehabilitation interventions in order to consolidate the theoretical knowledge transmitted during the theoretical lectures. Different teaching resources and proposals based on the most current literature will be offered to the students, offering an open learning process for this subject. Students must be properly dressed for the workshops (shorts and t-shirt). - Practical activities: consist of guided learning activities specifically designed to improve and facilitate the knowledge and performance of the neurological physical therapy procedures. The subject methodology offers a continuous follow-up process of the acquired knowledge and the attendance to the classes. Continuous assessment 100
EVALUATION Evaluation is regarded as a process to provide evidence of the level of learning achieved by the student. It consists of: 1. Practical Activities (PA): Resolution of 8 obligatory practical activities related to each lesson and available in Moodle platform. 2. Theoretical Evaluation (TE): There are two options for the student to choose from: 2.1) Continuous Evaluation (CE): Series of 2 objective evaluation tests and resolution related to knowledge that is being acquired. Each of the tests must be passed with a grade at least a 5.0 points to pass the next one. Not passing one of them means the student will have to take the final examination. The dates of the tests will be set at the beginning of the course. 2.2) Final Examination (FE): Final exam of the information taught, which will take place at the end of the semester on the date stated in academic calendar. To pass the Neurological Physical Therapy (NPT) subject, the student must exceed either 2 continuous evaluations (CE) or final examination (FE) with a mark greater than 5 out of 10 points. Failure to submit any of the obligatory practical activities (PA) will be a Non Presented (NP) in the final mark of the subject in the first call. Despite this, if the CE or FE has been overcome, the mark of this part for the second call is saved. Final mark 1st Call: 30% (PA) + 70% (CE o FE) Second call (Basic Continuous Assessment): The student will have to recover the parts of theoretical evaluation (CE or FE) or practical activities (PA) that failed during the first call. The maximum mark that a student can obtain in this second call is 5.0 points. Other (practical examination) Learning outcomes: - Knowing the physiological and structural changes in neurology occurring as a result of the application of Physiotherapy. - Knowing the physiotherapy of neurological diseases by identifying the manifestations appearing throughout the process. - Encouraging user and family participation in the recovery process. - Identifying the most appropriate physiotherapeutic treatment in the different alteration processes, health prevention and promotion as well as in the growth and development processes. - Identifying the situation of the neurological patient/user through a diagnosis of physiotherapy care, planning interventions and effectiveness evaluations in a cooperative work environment. - Knowing and applying the guidelines for good clinical practice.
