PhD in French Philology from the University of Helsinki, with a dissertation on the ethics of literary translation (Magna cum Laude), officially recognised in Spain by the UAB. Accredited lecturer by AQU (Lector) and holder of a recognised research evaluation period. He is currently Head of the Languages Department at the Escola Universitària Mediterrani (EUM) and coordinator of French studies within the Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, as well as of the DFP Tourisme et Hôtellerie of the French Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona. He has extensive university teaching experience in Spain and Finland in linguistics, French literature, and translation theory. His research focuses on translation studies, translation ethics, and languages for specific purposes, particularly in the field of tourism.
