This board monitors and evaluates the activities and results of the project, and contributes to improve them, through remote evaluation and direct participation in project meeting and activities:

Dr. Jon-Mirena Landa is a full professor of criminal law at the University of the Basque Country and director of the UNESCO Chair on Human Rights and Public Powers carries out. He is a referenced researcher on hate crime.

Dr. Piotr Godzisz is a lecturer in criminology at Birmingham City University. He has been engaged as a consultant by numerous institutions and organizations, including the Organization for Security and Collaboration in Europe, the Estonian Human Rights Centre, the Centre for Peace and Non-Violence in Osijek (Croatia) and the Polish Police;

Dr. Maria Mexi is a Senior Researcher at the Albert Hirschman Centre on Democracy of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) and a visiting Senior Research Fellow at the United Nations Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) in Geneva.
