I am a doctor of Law, associate professor of Administrative Law at the University of Girona, Serra Húnter Fellow at the Department of Public Law. My research activity is mainly structured around two lines: the government and the transformations of the public university and urban planning law, especially in connection with housing policies and urban sustainability. I have published more than 80 scientific contributions, including books, articles in specialized journals, book chapters and publications of papers at conferences; I have also coordinated collective works. Recent works include La università pública de Catalunya: reptes jurídico-organizativi i de govern (2017) and Derecho urbanístico comparado: metodología y systématica (2025).I currently participate as a researcher in several competitive projects of national and European scope focused on urban planning, housing law and sustainability policies, and I have collaborated in transfer contracts with public administrations and social entities. I have carried out research stays at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oxford (2023) and at the Instituto Jurídico da Universidade de Coimbra (2024), which have strengthened my work in a comparative and transnational perspective.I am part of several academic networks and organizations, such as the International Platform of Experts in Planning Law (PLPR), the Asociación Española de Derecho Urbanístico (AEDUR), the Red Temática URBAN-RED and the European Law Institute (ELI).In the teaching field, I teach Administrative Law subjects in both the Law and the Political Science degrees, and I work on the integration of active learning methodologies aimed at training critical students committed to the transformation of public law in the service of the general interest.
