Associate Professor in the Nursing Department at the University of Girona. Holds a Nursing Diploma and a PhD from the University of Girona. Researcher in the Health and Healthcare research group. Her work mainly focuses on the promotion of mental health and life skills development. She teaches in the Nursing undergraduate program and coordinates the subjects Nursing Care in Mental Health II and Health Psychology and Communication Skills. She is also the general coordinator of the practicum, as well as the specific mental health practicum. In terms of specialized training, she holds a postgraduate degree in Psychiatry and Mental Health (UAB), an official Master's in Health Promotion (UdG), an interuniversity postgraduate diploma in university teaching (ICE UdG Girona), and has completed the Leadership Development Program at EADA Business School Barcelona. Director of the Department of Nursing at the UdG from June 2021 to December 2025 and currently Vice-Rector for Welfare, Inclusion and Gender since December 2025.
