I'm a Senior Lecturer of Zoology at the University of Girona and ViceDean for External Relations of its Faculty of Sciences. I teach in the Degrees of Biology and Environmental Sciences, as well as in the Master in Environmental Change: Analysis and Management of the same university. My research focuses on the study of the biology of the reproduction of marine fish and its relationship with fisheries and environmental factors. I published more than 55 SCI scientific papers and I’m author of several book chapters. I carried out research stays at the University of Botucatu (Brazil) and Gifu (Japan). I belong to the consolidated Research Group SGR 01073 MedRecover, and I am currently leading the Research Group on Biodiversity and Marine Resources of the Institute of Aquatic Ecology of the UdG.
