Throughout my academic career, I have pursued continuous professional development with the aim of updating my knowledge and deepening my expertise in areas that I consider essential for improving educational practice. I hold a Bachelor''s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Barcelona and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from the University of Girona. Subsequently, I completed a Master''s degree in Education and Information and Communication Technologies (e-learning) at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), following the research pathway, and a Master''s degree in Educational Leadership for Innovation at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). More recently, I completed a Master''s degree in Learning Difficulties and Language Disorders at the Open University of Catalonia, also through the research pathway, where my final research project focused on dyslexia. Over the years, I have complemented this academic background with numerous professional development courses in educational innovation, inclusive education, educational technology, pedagogical leadership, and attention to diversity. I have been a tenured teacher with the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia since 2007. Throughout my professional career, I have worked as an Early Childhood and Primary Education teacher in several schools, while also taking on responsibilities such as cycle coordinator, ICT coordinator, and teaching practicum coordinator. Between 2012 and 2024, I was a member of the leadership team at Carme Auguet School, first serving as Secretary and later as Deputy Headteacher. During this period, I led and promoted educational innovation projects focused on robotics, technology, science, and the development of an inclusive school model. My work aimed to improve students'' academic achievement, promote inclusive education, and strengthen the cohesion of the school community in a highly complex educational context. I also coordinated university student placements and supervised trainee teachers, working closely with several universities. Since the 2024–2025 academic year, I have been a classroom teacher at Les Falgueres School in Celrà, where I continue to develop my teaching practice from an inclusive perspective, placing the needs and support of students at the centre of my work. In parallel, I am an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Girona, where I teach in the Bachelor''s Degree in Early Childhood Education. My responsibilities include contributing to the initial training of future teachers, providing academic tutoring, and collaborating in the Personal Aptitude Tests (PAP) required for admission to Teacher Education programmes.
