Lucy studied initially at Leicester University, graduating with a Combined BA Honours in Psychology and Sociology in 1995.
She went on to complete her Physiotherapy BSc Honours degree at the University of East London, graduating in 2000.
Lucy completed her junior rotations at The Royal London Hospital and then began Senior inpatient rotations at University College Hospital. From there she moved to Westminster Primary Care Trust where she specialised in Musculoskeletal Outpatients rising to the role of Specialist MSK physiotherapist.
After the birth of her son in 2006 she returned to the NHS but also began working in Private practice. In 2007 she finally left the NHS and solely worked in private practice.
In 2012 Lucy moved to Barcelona and started Barcelona Physiotherapy Service in 2014.
Her specialist interest areas are Post Natal and Sports Injuries. However she treats all ages and types of of patients. She is trained in Modified Pilates, acupuncture and Be Activated techniques amongst others.
Since 2008 she has sat on the Editorial Sub-Committee for In Touch, the journal for Physio First, the organisation representing Private Physiotherapists in the UK.
