Spanish company specialized in fruit processing for industrial use. The company’s main activity is aseptic processing and preservation of fruits. It has recently incorporated to its range of products Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) fruit processing by using cryogenic technology.

The Spanish company requesting this technology is an important producer of processed fruit, in addition to leading the product development market (both aseptic and canned products). Strawberry, pear, peach and apricot are the main products of this company.
The company is interested in purchasing a technology to glaze fruit using cryoprotectants. This technology must be able of protecting fruit from exudation while preserving natural properties.
The company is currently processing an average of 50,000 tonnes of fruit per year.
The company is looking for an agreement arranging the acquisition of a technology paired with the provision of a number of services in support of, or essential to a transfer of technology.
The company is looking to purchase a technology and requires the necessary support. Therefore, they are interested in establishing commercial agreements with technical cooperation.
