La Destination 2: Achieving technological leadership for Europe’s open strategic autonomy in raw materials, chemicals and innovative materials (2026‑27) del clúster 4 Indústria del Pilar II del programa Horizon Europe té com a missió reforçar l’autonomia estratègica oberta de la Unió Europea en els àmbits relacionats amb les matèries primeres, productes químics i materials innovadors. Els objectius son:

• Garantir la sobirania tecnològica i industrial de la UE.
• Assegurar matèries primeres essencials per a sectors estratègics.
• Desenvolupar materials i químics segurs, sostenibles i avançats.
• Reforçar la competitivitat europea en la transició ecològica i digital.

Sota aquest Destination, s’han obert 15 convocatòries, contemplades en el Work Programme 2026-2027 del cluster 4 Indústria, Digital i Espai.

Elegibilitat: Excepte les condicions del tòpic concret estableixin un altre criteri, les condicions generals són:

• Consorcis amb mínim 3 entitats de mínim 3 països elegibles (estats membres de la UE i associats HEU; mínim 1 país de la UE).

Pressupost total: 319M € (56 projectes).

Finançament: 100% del pressupost aprovat
