At Comparative Minds, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the 2nd edition of the Specialization Course in Animal Behavior. As the promoting research group, we have designed this curriculum to provide a comprehensive, updated, and critical understanding of animal conduct, integrating biological mechanisms with cognitive and social processes.Why Join This Specialization?This course goes beyond theory, bridging the gap between science and practice in fields such as conservation, animal welfare, and clinical ethology. Through an active and synchronous methodology, students will:Learn from an international faculty of leading experts in the field.Master the terminology and concepts of Comparative Psychology and Ethology.Explore the use of Artificial Intelligence in behavioral research.Analyze real-world cases, including Iberian lynx conservation and the “Invisible Animals” project.Key Course DetailsDates: June 6th to July 25th, 2026.Format: 100% Virtual (via Zoom) with recorded sessions available for later viewing.Schedule: Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (CET).Academic Load: 6 ECTS (48 hours of live sessions + autonomous work).Santander Scholarships: €300 Direct AidWe are committed to making high-level education accessible. We are offering 14 Santander Scholarships of €300 each.How to apply? The process is direct: once the pre-registration fee is paid, the student automatically secures one of the 14 scholarships (until they are filled). These grants are available to anyone aged 18 to 64, regardless of whether they are Santander customers or where they reside.Requirements and ApplicationWe are looking for candidates with a degree (completed or in progress) in Life Sciences or Behavioral Sciences.
