Grading
The final grade will be calculated as the average of the three assessment components:
Group presentation of a journal article.
Practical resolution and management of a clinical case.
Completion of the final examination.
Students must achieve a minimum mark of 5/10 in the final examination for the three assessment components to be averaged.
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools is permitted with the following restrictions:
AI may be used for information retrieval only and must not be used to generate written text.
AI may be used to create images and videos.
Students will pass the module if they achieve an overall average mark of at least 5/10 across the three assessment components, provided that the minimum examination requirement has been met. Students who do not meet these requirements will be required to take the BCE.
Students taking the BCE may obtain a maximum final mark of 5/10.
Specific criteria for the "No show" grade:
A student who is not presented will be considered a student who does not appear in the continuous assessment or in the final assessment.
Single Assessment:
The evaluation system of the EUSES - center attached to the UdG is, in general, the continuous evaluation. If the student wishes to take the single assessment, he / she must communicate this in writing to the teacher responsible for the subject and to the degree coordinator during the first two weeks of the semester.
Minimum requirements to pass:
Per considerar superada l’assignatura, caldrà obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5.0
Mentorship
The tutorials will be carried out in person in the enabled classrooms and also in a virtual way.
Communication and interaction with students
Communication and interaction with students will be done in person and virtually and will use the moodle news and announcements forum, video conferencing and email.
Remarks
It is mandatory to attend the practical classes with the appropriate clothing (uniform and size for the bunk bed). It will also not be allowed to practice with rings, watches, bracelets, earrings or any element that may be detrimental to the comfort and safety of students during the execution of the various physiotherapy maneuvers.
It is essential to take care of body hygiene. The student must attend the practice with his hair gathered, his nails short and unpainted.
Learning outcomes:
- Knowing the physiological and structural changes occuring as a result of the application of respiratory physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
- Assessing the cardiac pulmonary patient based on auscultation and complementary tests.
- Applying the physiotherapeutic techniques of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation depending on the patient.
- Retraining the chronic cardiopulmonary patient in exercise.

Design Amendment
Amendment of activities:
Scenario I. In person: the tutorials will be carried out in person in enabled classrooms. Communication and interaction with the students will be in person, and the Moodle fórum and email will be used in addition. Scenario IV. Confinement: Tutorials will be virtually conducted. Communication and interaction with the students will take place virtually, through the forum of Moodle, video-conferencing means and email.
The teaching activities will be carried out through online platforms (theoretical activities, practical activities and simulations of case studies).
