a. Students must obtain a minimum of 5/10, once their two practical exams are averaged out, in order to pass the subject. Students not reaching 5/10 on their practical exam block will have to take the practical component of the BCE at the end of the semester.
b. It is compulsory to pass (5/10) the theory exam. Those failing to reach a mark of 5/10 will have to take the BCE theory exam.
c. Students under continuance assessment mode must attend 80% of class.
d. Participation and Attendance is compulsory for the Group Presentation
The maximum achievable mark for students who complete any part of the BCE is 5/10.
Specific criteria for the "No show" grade:
Any student not having overcome the subject by means of the mid-term exams and not reporting to the minimal competences exam will be evaluated as "not sat" (did not present for evaluation).
Single Assessment:
The evaluation system in EUSES - UdG is based, in general, in the continuous assessment. If the student wishes to take part in the unique pathway, he/she will need to request it in writing to the lecturer of the subject and the degree coordinator during the first two weeks of the Semester.
Those electing to follow the unique pathway will have theory and both practical exams (combined upper limb and lower limb) in the official exam week. It is required to receive an 5/10 or above for both exams. The practical exam would be worth 60% and the theory exam would be worth 40%.
