The business world, which this course aims to introduce students to through its core content, is constantly evolving and generates new developments and news daily. Therefore, students are encouraged to stay informed about current events through the media (primarily radio, television, newspapers, and, above all, general and specialized news websites). The instructor, for their part, commits to keeping the course content related to the practical component of the course up to date (the case study and data used will be updated to the most current information possible, and, when deemed appropriate, entirely new case studies will be developed).

Furthermore, all students are advised to:

• Respect for an appropriate learning and study environment in order to effectively and efficiently benefit from the theoretical and practical content that the professor makes available throughout the course
• Attend individual tutoring sessions, as this is a proven method of learning support that is highly useful and beneficial, especially in cases where students encounter greater difficulties in understanding the course content.

In this course, attendance will be taken at the beginning of each session for purely statistical purposes. Attendance is not mandatory, though it is strongly recommended. Punctuality at the start of classes is required so that sessions can proceed with as little disruption as possible. Since attendance at sessions is not mandatory, students are required to show absolute respect for the faculty and fellow students (otherwise, they will be asked to leave the classroom).

Throughout the course, several of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will be addressed or utilized, specifically those related to gender equality, decent work and economic growth, industry, responsible consumption and production.

Likewise, a gender perspective will be incorporated into the development of the sessions, and various soft skills will be addressed, such as critical thinking, commitment, integrity, empathy, teamwork, communication, creativity and innovation, courtesy, flexibility, professionalism, responsibility, leadership, professional ethics, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.

Modificació del disseny

Modificació de les activitats:
SCENARIO 1: 100% FACE-TO-FACE TEACHING
The planned activities are maintained.

SCENARIO 2: BLENDED TEACHING
Students come to the classrooms in alternating sessions, varying the composition of the groups. Students who do not attend the classroom follow the recorded or streaming sessions, participating in the analysis of cases and the rest of the teaching actions through Moodle.

SCENARIO 3: 100% ONLINE TEACHING
Students receive the teaching sessions online, either recorded or streamed, participating in the analysis of cases and the rest of the teaching actions through moodle.

Modificació de l'avaluació:
SCENARIO 1: 100% FACE-TO-FACE TEACHING
The evaluation method initially envisaged is maintained.

SCENARIO 2: BLENDED TEACHING
Continuous Ordinary Call:
Intended for face-to-face students. The student's performance in solving the cases, exercises and work that will be carried out during the semester will be assessed through:
1.Preparation and presentation of monographic work (weighting of 50% of the grade).
2.Theoretical-practical evaluation test (weighting of 50% of the mark): an exam that will include all the contents of the subject, including the analysis of cases and the resolution of exercises.

Minimum requirements to pass: To pass the continuous assessment, in addition to reaching a mark of 5.00 points in the weighted average of all grades, the mark of the theoretical-practical assessment test must be at least 4.00 points. If you do not pass this call, you can make up in the extraordinary call.

Single Ordinary Call:
It will be carried out by both non-face-to-face students and those who have opted for the single assessment (renouncing continuous assessment). It will consist of a theoretical-practical test in which they will be evaluated on all the contents that will be worth 100% of the grade.

Minimum requirements to pass: at least a mark of 5.00 points must be obtained in the theoretical-practical test. If you do not pass this call, you can make up in the extraordinary call.

Extraordinary Call:
Students (face-to-face and non-face-to-face) who have not passed the ordinary call (both in its continuous and single modality) must take a theoretical-practical test in which they will be evaluated of all the contents, which will be worth 100% of the grade.

Minimum requirements to pass: at least a mark of 5.00 points must be obtained in the theoretical-practical test.
In this scenario, it is expected that the assessment tests will be carried out in person (in ordinary and extraordinary calls), except for confinement of the population on the dates of their celebration.

Minimum requirements to pass: at least a mark of 5.00 points must be obtained in the theoretical-practical test. If you do not pass this call, you can make up in the extraordinary call.
