1. The contents of this course are determined by the subjects successfully completed at the host institution under the approved Learning Agreement. The specific topics and disciplinary areas will vary depending on the student’s academic pathway during the international mobility period.

Assessment will be based on the successful completion of the study programme undertaken at the host institution, in accordance with the approved Learning Agreement and the University of Girona’s regulations on international mobility. The assessment activities, methods, and weighting will be those established by the host institution for the corresponding courses. Criteris específics de la nota «No Presentat»: The grade “Not Presented” (NP) will be awarded when the student does not complete the approved mobility period, does not undertake the agreed academic activities at the host institution, or when no official transcript of records is submitted by the host institution within the deadlines established by the University of Girona. Avaluació única: The assessment for this course consists of the academic evaluation carried out by the host institution. No additional assessment activities or examinations will be required at the University of Girona, unless otherwise specified in the Learning Agreement or by the applicable academic regulations. Requisits mínims per aprovar: To pass the course, students must successfully complete the academic activities agreed upon in the approved Learning Agreement and obtain a passing grade according to the regulations of the host institution. The recognised final grade at the University of Girona must be at least 5.0/10, following the applicable grade conversion procedures.
Academic guidance will be provided by the academic coordinator of the mobility programme at the University of Girona, in coordination with the academic staff of the host institution when necessary. Tutorials may be arranged before, during, or after the mobility period to support the student’s academic progress and the recognition of completed studies.
Communication with students will take place primarily through the University of Girona’s official communication channels (institutional email and the Virtual Learning Environment), as well as through the procedures established by the International Office. During the mobility period, students are expected to maintain regular communication with both the host institution and the University of Girona whenever required for academic or administrative purposes.
