Serra Hunter fellow. Graduate in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University (2009) and in Environmental Sciences from the University of Barcelona (2007). PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona (2017). I have held postdoctoral fellowships at ESADE and IESE. I have been a professor in the Department of Economics at the Public University of Navarre, and I have taught at the University of Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University, and Tecnocampus-UPF, among others. My research focuses on the analysis of public policies, specifically in areas such as the environment, transport, and governance, as well as more recently in green public procurement. I have published in Energy Economics, Economics Analysis and Policy, the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, and Transportation Research Part A & D, among others.
