- La present assignatura té per objecte dotar a l'estudiant de les eines per l'adequat desenvolupament de competències pràctiques i teòriques dins del marc de la mobilització articular passiva. Les bases teòriques i el desenvolupament dels mètodes i procediments bàsics per als tractaments fisioterapèutics. Les tècniques de mobilització, tracció i manipulacón, i la seva aplicació bàsica en els casos pertinents.

Qualificació
Must achieve >50% to pass the subject overall.
Must achieve an average of >50% for the combined total of the practical exams.
Must also achieve a mark of >50% for the theory exam.
Must be present for >80% of classes, which means that students can only miss 2 uncertified classes throughout the course.
Failure to comply with practical class attendance will require students to sit the Basic Competencies Exam (BCE).
General Instructions
- Nonattendance: Class attendance is compulsory. Students must not miss more than 2 classes. Exceptions will only be made for those students who can certify having been hospitalised on the given day, or due to a relative passing away. Absences due to any other reasons will account for an unexcused absence (of which you can have up to 2). No regular medical certificates or employment excuses are accepted.
- Exams: 2 exams (lower and upper limb). Students must get a final average above 5 for the 2 exams to pass the subject. A grade below 5 will require sitting the BCE. The BCE will consist of a theoretical and practical exam. Students who pass the BCE will get a final mark for the subject of 5/10.
- Written Individual Project: This project will put into the practise the initial introduction of physiotherapy scientific research and literature review, on a set subject given to the student. The mark for this project will account for 20% of the total subject final mark.
- A short mid-semester theory exam (20%) on the principles of mobilisations. Students must pass this exam, or they will be required to sit the theory component of the BCE (and subsequently can only receive a maximum subject mark of 5/10).
Criteris específics de la nota «No Presentat»:
Any student not having overcome the subject by means of the mid-term exams and not reporting to the minimal competences exam will be evaluated as "not present" (did not present to evaluation).
Avaluació única:
The evaluation system in EUSES - UdG is based, in general, in the continuous assessment. If the student wishes to take part in the unique pathway, he / she will need to request it in writing to the lecturer of the subject and the degree coordinator during the first two weeks of the Semester.
Scenario 1
• Practical exams 1 and 2 (worth 30% each, 60% of total mark). A minimum of 5 is required to pass. These exams will be conducted during the final exam week.
• Written Assignment must be completed within the allocated time frame (20% of the final mark).
• Theory exam (worth 20% of total mark) will be conducted during the final exam week.
Scenario 4 (Virtual Classes)
Students will undertake both the theory (25%) and combined practical exams (50%), during the final exam week. A minimum of 5/10 is required to pass for both of these exams.
Written Assignment must be completed within the allocated time frame (25% of the final mark).
Requisits mínims per aprovar:
A minimum grade of 5.0 will be required to pass the subject.
Tutoria
The tutorials will be carried out in person in enabled classrooms, and also virtually.

Neither rings nor bracelets are allowed during classes or exams. Students must wear student uniform during exams.

- Identifying the concept, evolution and foundations of Physiotherapy in its scientific and professional aspects.
- Knowing and applying the theoretical bases and the development of physiotherapeutic methods and procedures.
- Knowing, designing and applying the different modalities and general intervention procedures in Physiotherapy.
- Encouraging user and family participation in the recovery process.
- Understanding and performing the specific methods and techniques related to the locomotor system and alterations of statics and dynamics.
- Knowing and applying the guidelines for good clinical practice.
