Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.

Discount for the current academic year’s UdG students: provided that the first enrolment is for an annual English, French or German course, there will a 30% discount on the enrolment fee for an annual course for a second-language studied during the same academic year. The right to the discount will be forfeited if the student abandons either course. In this case, he/she will have to pay the full price of the course on which he/she remains.
Payment method: by direct debit to the university enrolment's bank account number or the account number provided.
Instalments or single payments for enrolments: Courses costing €450 or more are paid in two instalments whereas courses costing under €450 are reimbursed in a single payment.

Work material: Books and other materials are not included in the price of the courses.
Conditions: Failure to pay within the established deadline will result in the enrolment’s cancellation but will not discharge the debt. Course payments will not be returned to enrolled students who fail to attend classes or who decide to leave the course. The amount paid for a course cannot be used for offsetting enrolment payments for courses at a later period.

Payment method: by bank transfer to the Languages Service's current account (ES33 2100 8332 2222 0002 1776) for the total cost of the exam. The name and surnames of the person concerned must be stated.
Payment deadline: It is the same deadline established for the exam’s enrolment period (consult the enrolment period in the exam's information).
Conditions: Failure to pay within the established deadline will result in the enrolment’s cancellation. Under no circumstances will the payment made be refunded where the enrolled student fails to the entire exam. Nor may the amount paid for the enrolment be used for offsetting the enrolment payment for an exam at a later period.
