The goal of the ACTIVE project is to improve interactive technologies, Enhanced Reality (ER) and Virtual Reality (VR), for serious games and their applications to education, health and industry, by taking on specific sectors such as those of entertainment, STEM education, renovation, occupational-risk prevention and product design. We will accordingly will develop signature tools that are intuitive easy to use and which enable experts in the various areas to create interactive applications for final users.
We will also make contributions to current video games technology, specifically in modelling, displaying and interacting, to enable the best integration of ER and VR technologies into serious games.
Finally, we will carry out research into interactive tools such as eyetracking technology which will enable us to measure the impact on users and personalise tools or presentations in the media for better commitment, learning or renovation.
We believe that the results of our project will help to increase the use of interactive technologies in target sectors and benefit directly companies interested in the project's results, by improving its business opportunities.
