The Master in Cultural Tourism, the only official master's degree in Spain in this area, takes on this challenge in its education plan with a special focus on the tourist management of cultural heritage and food products, aimed at cultural and tourism students, experts and managers.
The Master in Cultural Tourism is an on-campusMaster's degree programme, with teaching taking place in the afternoons from October to March and the work placement and thesis project in June. The master also provides teaching outside the classroom, with industry professionals, numerous excursions, and two fieldtrips.

The Master in Cultural Tourism is part of the network of the UNESCO Unitwin: Tourisme, culture et dévelopement network. This network is made up of universities from the five continents cooperating in research and teaching to promote cultural tourism and UNESCO's values and which share the tools for the tourist management of cultural, tangible and intangible heritage. We have entered into educational cooperation agreements - Erasmus and Prometeu - with a good many of the network’s universities. The Master is also part of the Calonge-Sant Antoni Chair of Gastronomy, Culture and Tourism, aimed at taking part in researching and disseminating gastronomic values and their significance in cultural tourism.
