The Academic Secretary's Office organises and manages administrative and academic procedures. SPACE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
The curriculum coordinator’s office is responsible for supporting curriculum coordinators with managing the subjects’ programmes, setting timetables, calendars and educational programmes, as well as managing the use of the Faculty’s classrooms and spaces.

The Work Placements Office is responsible for providing all the information relating to the subject of work placements.
The main tasks of the work placement officer are to contact companies in order to source work placement opportunities and thus offer students work placements for each academic year, and to coordinate the management of this subject together with the dean or the person to whom she may choose to delegate.

The administrator is responsible for the coordination of all staff and services in the study area.
The Faculty is responsible for managing and arranging the curriculum. Management falls to the dean’s office, which runs the Faculty’s educational activities and administrative and budgetary management.
