The main aim of the Introduction to the University Course is to integrate new students into university life and higher education at the University of Girona. This means helping students find their way in their new setting, and making them aware of the possibilities, activities and events available at the institution and the different groups that are linked to it.

The course has a total of 8 sessions, each lasting 3 hours. Most are held at the Student Council offices. Participants must attend at least 80% of the sessions.
