Olga Stasyuk obtained her PhD degree in Physical Chemistry in 2015 (Warsaw University of Technology/PL). Her doctorate research was devoted to electron delocalization, tautomerism and intermolecular interactions of nucleobases. During her PhD study, she had several short-term stays at European universities: (4 months in VU Amsterdam/NL; 5 months in University of Girona (UdG)/ES; 1 week in University of Lodz/PL). Then she moved to the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry in Prague, where she worked during 3 years as postdoctoral fellow on noncovalent DNA-protein interactions. In 2018-2022, she worked at the University of Girona as Juan de la Cierva-formación and POSTDOC-UdG2021 postdoctoral researcher investigating carbon materials. From December 2022, she is a postdoctoral fellow (María Zambrano fellowship) at the Faculty of Science, UdG.
