UCS plans and protocols

The new Greening Plan approved by the Governing Council on 30 September 2021, is the tool the University of Girona is equipped with for guide its future actions in environmental and climate issues. It is presented as a revision and update of the Strategic Greening plan approved by the Governing Council in 2000. Despite being a revision, there have been important changes in the structure and objectives, especially those related to climate issues. Nowadays, the management of the UdG’s Greening Plan is the responsibility of the Area of Sustainability of the Social Commitment Unit.

Second Equality Plan of the UdG (approved in Governing Council 3/2021 of 29 April 2021)

Governing Council 3/2021 of 29 April 2021 approved the Second Equality Plan of the University of Girona (2021-2025). An instrument of strategic planning that will define the horizon of the gender policies of our university community for the next four years. It expressly states the institution's unwaivable commitment to the value of equality, a commitment that will be reflected, on the basis of consensus, in all the skill areas of the UdG and that materialises in fifty actions structured around six big strategic pillars. In this web space you will be able to view this strategic planning instrument and all the reports and data that have served as the basis for the diagnosis, design and prioritisation of actions.

The UdG is presenting this Inclusivity Plan which is based on not just boosting accessibility and the engagement of people with disabilities in the UdG community, but also on the need for contributing to the development of a fairer society where everyone feels represented. The university, as a higher educational institution, must contribute to demonstrating the capacities of the people who form part of it.

This document was sent fro amendment to all UdG students with a disability, and to entities and associations for disabled persons. Its contributions, in addition to those of the components of the Disability Equality Plan, helped to draft the document presented below.

The final document was approved by the Governing Council in session no. 4/09 of 2 April 2009
